After spending 8 years in retail management and over a decade at Walmart Distribution Center, I — Stephanie — learned something crucial: quality, accuracy, and genuine care make all the difference.
Throughout my career, I've been promoted to leadership roles within 6 months at every company I've worked for — not because I did the bare minimum, but because I treated every business as if it were my own.
