Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Please note: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes. Shipping rates and availability are subject to change.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1–2 business days
- Large Items (e.g., furniture): 2–3 business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day (Monday or the next business day following the holiday).
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
Shipping Locations
We Ship To:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Select international destinations (rates and availability calculated at checkout)
We Currently Do Not Ship To:
- APO/FPO military addresses (we hope to offer this option in the future and apologize for any inconvenience)
- P.O. Boxes (for large furniture items only)
- Freight forwarding addresses
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can track it in the following ways:
- A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of shipment
- Log in to your account and navigate to "Orders" to view your tracking information
- If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it right away
Large Items & Furniture
For oversized or furniture items, please be aware of the following:
- A signature upon delivery may be required
- Deliveries are curbside only — the driver will not bring items inside your home
- Additional processing time may apply
- White glove delivery options may be available upon request — please contact us for details and pricing
Order Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Look around your delivery area, including porches, side doors, and garages
- Wait up to 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly early
- If still unresolved, contact us at Management.team@whisperingdesiresshoppe.com and we will assist you promptly
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect your package carefully upon delivery
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately — address changes are only possible before your order has been shipped
- If the package has already been shipped, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs incurred to redirect or reship the order
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions, including:
- Hazardous materials
- Oversized or overweight items
- Items restricted by state or local law

Holidays & Peak Seasons
During peak shopping seasons and around major holidays, delivery times may be extended due to higher order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure your items arrive on time. Please check our website for any holiday-specific shipping deadlines or announcements.
International Shipping Details
Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and applicable taxes upon delivery
- Customs processing delays are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery times
- Package values will be declared as the amount paid at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2–14 business days for domestic shipping. Note: For international shipping it could take up to 21 days after customs clearance, depends on type of shipping you choose at checkout such as regular postal mail shipping or expediated when you made your choice at the time of purchase.
- Delays due to customs processing may extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe
