Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Customer.Support@whisperingdesiresshoppe.org. Once your return request is submitted, we will provide you with the specific return address and further instructions. Please note that return addresses may vary depending on which warehouse your order was shipped from, as we operate multiple warehouse locations.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the cost of the returned item(s). This fee will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee is waived for the following:
- Items that arrived damaged during shipping
- Defective items
- Incorrect items sent due to our error
Final Sale Items — No Returns Accepted
The following product categories are designated as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please make your selections carefully, as no exceptions will be made for these items:

For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, the above items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy applies to all orders placed after the effective date of these return rules.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage or incorrect item and include them in your message to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to the final sale categories listed above, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Promotional or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
